Chargers will enter the second round of the men’s division two volleyball competition unbeaten after defeating their nemesis Deacons on Tuesday May 23 at Hill Road, Bank Hall.

Both the home team Chargers and Deacons were unbeaten leading up to that final game of the first round league with Chargers pulling off a five set winner 25-7, 17-25, 21-25, 25-19, 15-8.

Kaden Hoyte and the Russell-Griffith brothers Nathan and Nicholas were outstanding for Deacons while Chad Griffith and Yohan Brandford for Chargers.

Deacons division two women got the upper hand on Chargers women defeating them in straight sets 25-13, 25-18.
