The home court advantage held true for Chargers and Hill Road on Saturday night.
When three games were contested at the court in Bank Hall both Clubs came away with victories with Chargers division two men battling from a set down to defeat a fired up Advent Ballers 22-25, 25-16, 25-17, 24-26, 15-13.

That close win kept Chargers unbeaten as they prepare to face their arch rival Deacons. The opening fixture saw Chargers women stopping Burge King Clapham Toners in straight sets 25-19, 25-20.

Hill Road division three women held firm to stop a challenge from Club United 25-22, 25-18.
