June 30, 2026 – Development Volleyball in Motion and Carlton experienced a mixed bag when double headers were staged last night at their respective home courts.

Playing at Husbands, DVM took three sets to defeat Club United in a women’s division three clash 25-16, 19-25, 15-9. Club’s division three men turned the tables on DVM in straight sets 25-12, 25-18.

Down at Carlton, St. Michael, it was a case of Déjà vu with Gladiators repeating their first round win over Carlton division three women 25-18, 20-25, 15-11. Carlton found joy in replicating their first round victory over UWI’s division two women 25-12, 25-18.

A fighting effort by Sarah Jemmott of UWI could not match the performances from 6’ 3” Charity Cumberbatch and Shakera Oliver of Carlton.
