Sunday, September 6, 2026 — The semifinals delivered contrasting fortunes for Carlton and Blazers, when they were played at the gym.
Carlton’s women, anchored by six-footer Rhea Bryant and the versatile Zibiah Osbourne, swept aside Blazers’ girls in commanding fashion. Their dominance was reflected in straight sets — 25-12, 25-14, 25-18 — as they booked their place in the finals with authority.
Blazers’ men, however, lit up the evening with a spirited performance against BRC Development Volleyball in Motion. After taking the first two sets, they stumbled in the third but roared back in the fourth to seal the contest 25-19, 25-22, 18-25, 25-14.
The victory was more than just a semifinal win — it marked Blazers’ first-ever knockout finals appearance, a milestone achievement for the club’s men’s programme.
